Established in 1988, Kathleen Taylor-The Lotus Collection is the leading source for decorative textiles in the United States. We offer high quality antique European, Asian and Ethnic textiles including tapestries and other wall hangings, pillows, table covers and general textiles. We welcome private parties, interior designers, architects, art consultants and museums. The gallery has been located in historic Jackson Square since 1990 and has been featured in Architectural Digest, Western Interiors, California Home, and Art and Antiques Magazine.
Kathleen Taylor studied art history at Mills College, Oakland, CA. and has traveled extensively to Europe and Asia. She is a member of The Antiques Dealers Association of California (ADAC), Art and Antiques Dealers League of America, and the Jackson Square Art & Antiques Dealers Association. Kathleen has exhibited at the San Francisco Fall Antiques Show since 1989. She serves on the textile vetting committee and on the Dealer’s Advisory Committee. She is an original member of the ADAC committee that organized the Los Angeles Antiques Show. She has exhibited there since 1996 and she serves on the textile vetting committee.
