c.1920 – 25 English printed cotton with parrots on flowering branches in brown, terracotta and blue tones by Minnie McLeish (1876−1957), a freelance textile designer for a number of firms, but particularly for W. Foxton Ltd. McLeish was known for her bold, bright colored patterns printed for furnishing fabrics.
